INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams Princesa corkscrew
- 1/4 of cup of grated carrot
- 1/2 pound of ham
- 1/2 pound maasdam or gouda cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 onion
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 small can of petit pois
- DRESSING:
- SALT
- PEPPER
- 3/4 of Cup of mayonnaise
- 3/4 of cup of natural yogurt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 of cup of white vinegar
PREPARATION
Cook pasta as directed. Drain it, add a tablespoon of olive oil and the grated carrot; cool well. Cut the onion into small squares and let it rest in the vinegar for a few minutes. Add diced ingredients and onion to pasta.
DRESSING:
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, salt, olive oil and pepper. Mix the dressing with the pasta.
