Cold corkscrew salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 400 grams Princesa corkscrew
  • 1/4 of cup of grated carrot
  • 1/2 pound of ham
  • 1/2 pound maasdam or gouda cheese
  • 1 onion

  • 1 small can of petit pois
  • DRESSING:
  • SALT
  • PEPPER
  • 3/4 of Cup of mayonnaise
  • 3/4 of cup of natural yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 of cup of white vinegar
PREPARATION

Cook pasta as directed. Drain it, add a tablespoon of olive oil and the grated carrot; cool well. Cut the onion into small squares and let it rest in the vinegar for a few minutes. Add diced ingredients and onion to pasta.

DRESSING:

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, salt, olive oil and pepper. Mix the dressing with the pasta.
